Gladiators Live at Wembley: 10 am or 4 pm Show, and When to Eat
Gladiators Live plays OVO Arena Wembley on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026, with doors at 10 am and 4 pm each day. We open at 9:30 am on Saturday and 12 pm on Sunday.
If you're taking children to Gladiators Live, the show is only half the day. The other half is getting everyone fed without a meltdown on Olympic Way. This guide is a plan for a family weekend at OVO Arena Wembley, and it changes depending on whether you have the 10 am or the 4 pm doors.

Step 1: Work out which show you have
Check your ticket first. The arena lists doors at 10 am and 4 pm on both Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November, so families may have either. Show start and finish times have not been published yet, so don't plan the end of your day until they are.
If you are still choosing, think about the youngest child. A 10 am door suits early risers and leaves the afternoon free. A 4 pm door means a slow morning and a proper lunch first, but it can run into bedtime for little ones.
The 10 am show: eat after
You will be up and out early, so fill everyone up at home or on the way in. The reward is lunch once you're out, which is easier on a Saturday than a Sunday:
Saturday: we open at 9:30 am and serve lunch from 12 pm to 3 pm, so you can walk straight over and sit down.
Sunday: we open at 12 pm, so you will not find us open before the 10 am show. Lunch afterwards is the plan, and the Sunday roast at £16.95 is the obvious order for a table of adults.
The 4 pm show: eat before
For a 4 pm door, treat lunch as the main event and keep it unhurried.
Arrive for a table around 12:30 pm or 1 pm.
Order, eat, and let the children run off some energy.
Leave about an hour before doors for the walk and the queue.
On Sunday, the kitchen closes at 6:15 pm, and we close at 8 pm, so a late dinner after the show is possible only if you're quick.
Feeding the children
You don't need a special menu for most families. Burgers with chips and pizza both start at £14.95, and traditional fish and chips is £15.95. Spaghetti Bolognese and lasagne are £14.95, and penne arrabbiata is £13.95. If the table wants to share, a mixed platter is £17.95, and sides are £4.95 each. If anyone has an allergy or intolerance, tell your server when you order.
A few practical rules for the arena
The arena says Gladiators Live is a seated show and that under-14s must be accompanied by an adult aged over 16. Keep the age rule in mind when you split a group, because a teenager cannot be the adult for a younger cousin.
Booking a table
Book a table online, and mention that you're going to Gladiators Live and which show you have. For a bigger family party, call 020 8902 8147. We don't take bookings on Wembley Stadium event days.
Gladiators Live at Wembley: what parents ask
Which show is easier for young children? For most families, the 4 pm show works well: a calm lunch first, then the walk. The 10am show suits early risers who want the afternoon free.
How long is the Gladiators Live tour show? The arena has not published a running time at the time of writing. Check the official page before you plan your afternoon.
Can we eat before a 10 am show on Sunday? No. We open at 12 pm on Sundays, so eat at home or on the way and come to us after.
How long is the walk from the restaurant to the arena? We are about a two-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, and the arena is close by.
